Florence joined the Human-Computer Interaction research group in October 2018 where she is currently working on User Experience (UX) challenges for Computer-Based Assessments, including projects such as OASYS. Her interest and passion for the topic concentrate among others on the development, adaption and evaluation of UX methods for children with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Areas of expertise:
- User Experience Methods with Children
- Intercultural Design
- Interaction Design
In previous jobs as UX consultant and researcher, she translated the user needs into innovative design solutions. Florence holds a professional doctorate degree in User-System Interaction from the Technical University of Eindhoven and a Master degree in Human Factors and Engineering Psychology from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.
Other than that, she likes to exchange knowledge within several UX communities and events.
