Vincent is doing user research at the HCI team of the University of Luxembourg. He wants to create great and emotional experiences with the new technology. He is trying to discover and understand how the users can feel their experience, and to find a way to improve it. Vincent has a master’s degree in Work Psychology and Ergonomics and a Project Management certification.
